It took me almost 3 hours to prepare this choco moist cake for Christmas eve of 2008. Tedious but indeed fun and all worth it.

So yummy... Not bad huh???

How to Make a Choco Moist Cake


1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 blocks of choco bars ( I prefer to use Ricoa Chocolate blocks when baking)
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
5 tbsp oil

1. Add sugar, flour, baking soda, eggs, oil, and salt in a bowl and combine well.
2. Add water and vanillla extract.
3. Melt the choco bars in a saucepan.
4. Mix all ingredients until all lumps are broken down.
5. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped nuts and marshmallows just like what I did. Easy!
