HOW TO BAKE A CARROT CAKE 2 cups Wooden Spoon Cake Flour 2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Cinnamon 3 pcs.medium Eggs beaten 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil 3/4 cup Buttermilk 2 cups Sugar 2 tsp Vanilla 2 cups Grated Carrots 1 cup Chopped Nuts(optional) 1 cup Raisins (optional) 18-oz can,drained Crushed pineapple 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 deg.f 2. Combine cake flour,baking soda,salt and cinnamon, set aside. 3. Combine beaten eggs, vegetable oil, buttermilk,sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.. 4. Stir in all combined ingredients 5. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.. 6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. 7. Immediately spread with buttermilk glaze. Cool in pans for 15 minutes. 8.
